    Barcelona Half done! Probably went into it with some sort of mild calf strain but, somehow managed to race it well. Unofficially, 1:46:07 half, officially - 1:46:04 :) I also ran my fastest 10k - finally... at 48:20. I think I deserve a lot of tapas and vermouth on tap!
