    Ran 3.11 mi on 09/10/20; Feeling super good today! It must be the amazing weather! 55 degrees is perfect jogging temperature. I warmed up with a bike ride and blasted on this run. I've also changed up my nutrition program a bit. I'm not longer intermittent fasting. I'm eating something small like a banana before exercising and consuming protein powder, serial and fruit immediately following the workout. I'm hoping to be less sore.
