    Mezza maratona di allenamento a Pavia, target vicinissimo al pb ma percorso ben diverso da Vittuone (chi ha fatto Pavia potrà confermare): diversi saliscendi lungo i navigli, pavè e sampietrini, e oggi anche venticello. Il meteo è ottimale. Morale: eguagliato il pb 1h26'42"! Negative split nell'ultimo terzo di gara, buon segno.
    Non so se il coach mi cazzierà per essere andato più forte del previsto o per non aver fatto il personale (sicuramente la seconda :D)
