La preparazione era saltata un mese fa per un sovraccarico muscolare, pensavo che +8"/+10" sull'RMA iniziale fosse abbastanza conservativo, ma nonostante gli allenamenti a "mezzo servizio" dell'ultimo periodo non è stato così: sono tornati i dolori muscolari in cima alle gambe; and last but not least questa notte mia figlia alle 3 ha vomitato nel letto, e fino alle 4 ha rimesso ancora :ncomment: morale: fino al 32°km passo medio @4'45", il 33° lo faccio a 5' e
