    Gara anonima, sapevo di non essere in forma per la distanza, dal PB in mezza a Novara 5 settimane fa le cose non sono andate come avrebbero dovuto. Sono partito per 1h30' e ho tenuto fino al km 8, poi ho dovuto rallentare, tanta fatica muscolare nelle gambe; dal 15° ho recuperato qualche secondo ma comunque lontano dall'obiettivo.
