    Dovevo tirarla senza ammazzarmi e così ho fatto: 1h28' @4'10" e avg hr 161bpm 88% max hr (+30" rispetto al mo attuale PB). Visto il ritardo con cui sono arrivato a Cremona sono partito quasi dal fondo recuperando tutti i pacers; percorso esteticamente bello ma tutt'altro che veloce con diversi saliscendi (qualcuno breve ma "impegnativo"), e come al solito ottima organizzazione da tutti i punti di vista.
