    Stasera ripetute medie in scioltezza con recuperi molto lenti, sensazioni respiratorie e cardiache discrete, sono i muscoli quelli messi peggio, sensazione di affaticamento.
    Come test ho corso con 3 gps: Garmin 910XT e 920XT e TomTom Runner. Anche stasera 910 e TomTom decisamente allineati (spesso uguali alla decina di metri) mentre il 920 è più avaro, alla fine di 160m! Questo aumenta i dubbi su chi portare a Berlino...
