    Ultimo allenamento "lungo" a RM-3" 20.1km@4'42", peccato perchè la giornata meritava molti ma molti più km :) mi rifarò domenica prossima alla Conegliano-Treviso, al secolo Treviso Marathon 1.1!!!
    Ottime sensazioni oggi, passo scorrevole, appoggio fluido touch-and-go, testa rilassata, doveva essere RM e invece sono andato qualche secondo più veloce :)
