    Half Marathon training, Week 9, day 32: Low HR run (MAF). Lots of headwind and rain. HR kept shooting up, which made slow down and even walk some stretches. Also, at varuous points Apple Watch stoped updating the HR for some time (even tho I have the setting to never do this during workouts). It does this more end more. Time to invest in a chest strap?
