    Half Marathon training, Week 4, day 16: Wow, what a bad weather! Rain, lots of wind (always against). I actually enjoyed oarts of it, but it was challenging. Nutrition: tested the fruits goo, worked very well. HR monitor got stuck a couple of times, so the average HR is not that accurate. It was certainly higher than intendend, but given the conditions, it was okay.
