    Baby fed and put back to bed. Time to run. Right knee painful and swelling after running these days. Pain and swelling stick around for several days after a run. Makes it hard to bend it fully. Dug out the heart rate monitor. Much fun trying to keep that bugger up where it is supposed to be.
