    Ran with the baby in the jogger. Started out trying to keep it slow but eventually convinced myself that I had rested enough since my last run and that I could run hard. Started chasing illusions of running sub five minute kilometers. Actually want to get down to around 4:30/km for a half Mary.End of day now and starting to get a little more. Really felt fatigue in my glutes after the last Hill. Should do that more often.
