    Did one of my rehab exercises then my mind told me to practice kata instead. So I did 3 sets of split squats and then went through 8 or 9 kata. After that I left the park and head out for a run at 4:58. Was running slow and easy but I guess my pace picked up because my time was better than it should have been. The right hamstring is holding on. Still hurts. When running it hurts when I lift my knee as I bring my foot off of the ground after the kick. When not running it just kinda hurts al
