My right ham still hurts just walking. I've been stretching and hoping. Tried to keep my stride short and cadence high. Used one of Motiontraxx's 180 bpm episodes to run at 180 bpm. Counted my steps for a minute to be sure. Tried to run slowly but still run 180 steps per minute. Thought about keeping my back straight and about bringing my knees up and my heel up right under my rear. Wish I could have someone help me learn to run with better form.
