The graded performance dashboard is an age and gender graded comparison of various metrics such as average weekly distance, overall average pace, METs per week, total elevation gain/loss, and average cadence. It’s essentially how you compare to your chosen demographic.
Looking at how you compare relative to other runners your age and/or gender can provide additional validation for your hard training. It will also help you improve your benchmarking and prevent you from overreaching with your goals.
